Leaving the past behind me and looking forward to creating new memories for the future.
I am a warm, fun, loving, outgoing, and understanding lady who appreciates the beauty in life and would love to find someone to share it with. I would like to meet someone intelligent, honest and secure for friendship, companionship and possibly more.
I enjoy romantic drives in the country, taking in the beautiful scenery. Trips to local vineyards, museums, listening to music, dining in cozy restaurants and attending sporting events are also some of my favorite activities. Although, spending a quiet evening at home, watching movies or enjoying a nice glass of wine and good conversation can also be wonderful.
I can be a bit of a home body and I love baking and cooking. Christmas is my very favorite holiday and I really enjoy decorating for the season. My home is definitely my sanctuary and it's important to me that it be warm and welcoming.My friends are a big part of my life-cooking and entertaining for them is a real joy for me.
I love life and love to laugh, so, a sense of humor is a must!I truly believe that the joy is in the journey and if that journey is in pleasant company, all the better!
Please be local(Northern Virginia, Washington D.C. area) I seem to be getting a lot of people from out of state. I do enjoy travelling, just not too far for a date!!!
