Me describiría a mi mismo como

I like to think of myself of one of a kind. By that I mean I've always followed my heart (not always sensibly), I'm indipendent (which has occasionally gotten me in trouble) and have a mind of my own. I vlaue my family (a grown son and a daughter who is at present a single mom who has a very busy professional career. We mutually decided it would be a win/win for both of us if I moved in and looked after my grandsons (9 and 11). I'm a very happy nana. However, I would like to meet a confident, successful man who loves to laugh and travel, is as romantic as I am and enjoys some of the same things I do - movies, quiet times at home, fine restaurants, good friends, and of course family times. He would be as proud of me as I am of him and we would both work very hard at respecting each other and meeting each other's needs. That doesn't mean we can't have our own private time or projects to work on. I don't smoke, love a glass of wine and traveling to tropical places. I'm an outgoing people person and make friends easily. I lived in the country for many years when my children were small and had horses, cattle, sheep, etc, . - sort of an Old MacDonald's Farm. I love retirement - especially the sleeping in part and not having to get up at 6 am anymore!
