I am 60 year old woman, liberal in politics and very interested in the state of the world. I recently moved to (my son and daughter-in-law are here) Virginia/ D.C. area from Washington State(before that S.F./ Bay area) and want to explore new options in my life. I am a widow and admit, didn't think I would be in the world without someone to share it with(have 3 grown kids and 3 G-children, but you know what I mean).I am finding it great fun and and getting younger not older because of it...

Ce căutați?

Most of all, I want a man to put me first above material things because material things are fleeting, I won't be. I am idealistic, romantic and need to be shown(not by things but by deeds)that he loves me. If I can't be with someone who can express his love I would rather be alone.
I am looking for someone who is sensitive and thoughtful to me and others, someone who believes we should try to make the world a better place and that caring about the mess it's in and trying to change it, even if it's just changing yourself..is a good thing and worth it..(someone who doesn't mind run-on sentences)
Someone who wants to hold hands and share the good times and can try to keep a positive attitude while sharing the bad times. Someone that likes to dance or is willing to learn would be nice, too. Oh, and someone who likes to laugh!!
