I am 5'3'' with reddish brown hair, hazel eyes, and light skin. I have a Heinz 57 background: many different eastern European companies although mainly Greek. Oh, and some native American thrown in also.
I have been teaching in a middle school for 4 years.
I worked for Southern California Edison for 20 years. After the Enron mess I was severed, went back to school, finished my BA and the work for my credential. I am finally working as a teacher which is what I always wanted.
I am a life long Lutheran and attend a small church in San Bernardino.
I enjoy knitting, crocheting, gardening, reading, and ceramics.
I like to go out but haven't had time for social events until recently. I divorced in 2001, right after going back to college. I still spend hours after work preparing class work for the next day. I'm working very hard to stop at a decent hour so I can have a social life.

Mon idée du fun

My idea of fun varies according to whom I am with at any given time. I enjoy knitting and crocheting at my favorite local yarn shop. When I have a large block of time available, I read. With some friends I go hiking. I play board games with my students after school. On a warm day friends find me in the front yard weeding, planting, and digging.

I don't really have a specific type. I like men who don't smoke, and, don't drink to get drunk. Men who have a good command of the English language and aren't addicted to swearing. It is important that whatever job a man has, he enjoys. Being a Christian is important, just not overly religious.
