My daughter says that I am a nice person, and that it is harder for nice women to meet good decent men than it is for a good man to find a good woman. My son in law wants me to start dating as I have been widowed 6 years now, and he thinks I shouldn't be spending so much time solo. Maybe they're both right, and it's time to reach out and go for the gusto in life. I love an adventure, and trying things I've never done. I work hard and play hard. Love the roller coasters at Great America. I feel most at peace in the company of a good horse or a big and gentle dog. Love sunrises and sunsets equally, and enjoy meditation as means of letting my spirit fly free. I listen to oldies radio, but enjoy Bruno Mars, The Bare Naked Ladies, Shania Twain and the Dixie Chicks to name a few current artists. I love dancing until the band quits playing, a great meal and walks in the woods. A good book, a box of chocolates and a rainy day are good reasons to sit back and take it easy. In frienships I am loyal, honest and giving. In relatioships, I am a team player, a partner, a friend and confidant. I work nights, but my weekends are free, and I switch back into daytime mode pretty easily. I guess that speaks to my flexibility and adaptive nature. I am tired of being alone. Are you?
