So, let me try to condense my 58 yrs. on this earth to fit into a few sentences. I have short brown hair & brown eyes, 5' 7" and could stand to lose 20# even tho' I walk & ride my bike alot. Genetics, you know. (Yah! Right! I'm pretty sure foods the problem). Divorced for 14 yrs. I'm an American of Italian descent and make the best pizzelles you'll ever eat! A jeans & tee shirt kind of lady. Some things I love: Songs of the Spring Peepers (do you know what peepers are), my brothers & family, my cat, gardening and the serenity & satisfaction it brings to me...a good comedy (movie/sitcom) or a good scary movie (not gorey). TV drama = 'HOUSE'. I love to have a project to complete ie: I'd rather buy a kit to build a cabinet rather than go out and buy one already made. I love to go to Fairs & Events (show me a roller coaster & I'm on it!). Craft shows are fun too. I love wearing Earth stones. I love good companionship & conversation over dinner & a glass or two of wine. Also love a quiet evening at home. Music - I love "Smooth" Jazz, R&B, Blues or going to hear the BPO. I love to dance when the music 'moves' me to do so. Love to laugh and I do find humor in the everyday ho-humness of life. (Gotta find it...gotta laugh. This is not to say that I'm a court-jester. Far from it). Love a good book. My favorite fiction author is Dean Koontz. Some things I don't care for: The gloominess of winter. I don't mind the cold. It's the gray days that seem endless that bother me. Don't like spiders, ants & bees. Don't like being on something that's floating on deep water - like - a boat! Sorry, I'm not a water-baby. I can be near the water, just don't like being in it or on it. (Maybe I must have watched "JAWS" too many times!). Don't like or buy antiques either. Here's what I've experienced during my 'relationships' years & also don't care for: Being disrespected, lied to or any form of game-playing...unless it's Pinochle or Balderdash or some other FUN game. I've learned it's best to always be honest & truthful and expect the same in return. So, if you're still reading & haven't been scared away so far and you'd perhaps like to meet over a cup of coffee with an estrogen-deprived "Mother Nature" kind of gal with a sense of humor then, by all means, give me a holler. You know how the Marines are looking for a few good men? I'm just looking & hoping for 'one'...
