I live in the Overberg in a most beautiful village where you can still see cows and horses in front of your house and where people still greet and share the time of day with you. I am a retired psychologist and am pleased to say that the hectic corporate life is, finally behind me.

I am tall, slim, intelligent and have no encumberances, baggage or "stuff" to deal with or to dump on others. I believe I am an easy person to be with as I don't make demands and tend to take life as it comes. I love laughing, don't take myself too seriously and can relate to people of all walks of life. I am well-travelled, educated and well-read. My lifestyle is stylish yet unpretentious, reflecting who I am. I am financially and emotionally independent.







My need is for a companion and closest friend, a gentleman who is probably recently widowed and who is seeking to spend quality time with a no-nonsense companion who accepts him for whom he is, yet challenge his intellect with philosophical as well as mundane discussions.

To enjoy and share my retirement with a friend/companion with whom I can share interests, activities and the ups and downs of life. At the end of my life I want to look back and feel satisfied that I have lived well, learned more than I expected and have found ultimate peace in my soul.
