I honestly can't think of anything that I've wanted to try but never actually attempted. Perhaps jumping out of a perfectly functional aircraft with only a rip-cord and a questionable sheet of cloth between me and a bad landing would qualify. Although, I was more than willing to try it way back in Vietnam, the necessity of actually doing it never arose.
