For the past 12 months I have not really looked forward to accepting I will be 65. However this changed when I realised I’m still the same Bryan and the I still feel fit and healthy and as a bonus I have a little more in the bank than I did before. I’m sure we have all been there.
A bit about me, I’ve been on my own for over 6 years and yes you do adapt to this and it can be quite easy think I can be independent and do what I want when I want. There are also times that you would like someone to go away for the weekend or come home to a lovely smile and a hug.
In my late mid life crisis I have just bought a Porsche sports car as I have always loved cars and not prepared to let that go. I will when I can no longer get in and out of it.
I love to laugh and have fun and the only part of me that won’t let go to age is I don’t feel it. I don’t believe I have ever let anyone down and I sleep well with that. I’m modern with technology, have 2000+ songs on my iPhone and believe music itakes you to happy places.

Spontaneous and loving. Physically looks after themselves without the gym being more important than me. Smiles go for miles. In the Porsche let’s just up and go wherever. Uncomplicated. I’ve always been a giver and a little back would do it for me. I want to rid myself ‘I’m ok on my own’ syndrome and adapt to being with a like mindered partner while life is great.
