Several approaches including packing a picnic and taking a hike in the mountains or along a beach;attending a museum showing, going to the theater or a concert;volunteering for Habitat or working in a soup kitchen. I don't have a set agenda - whatever works is good - I really like simple pleasures and settings - dont' really like or need a lot of glitz or glamor to feel appreciated or good about myself.
