There's a French saying :"L'esprit D'escalier". It literally translates to "When going downstairs" ... but it is used to mean "The witty remark that comes to you too late".

That is what it feels like to walk by someone that looks interesting and say nothing.

Yes, Good things happen when you least expect them
... but that sentiment can not be narrowed down to a theme like meeting the one person you should fall in love with; Someone that will adore you and make it obvious.
